BSNL home 500 C+ plan speed problems

Hi Friends, My name is Vilas, I need help from you, I m from Nallasopara its belonging in Kalyan Exchange, i faced problem to BSNL Broadband speed from 29th September 2009 now i get only 2 to 3 kbps, I register online complaint & also in Exchange but nobody solve this problem :impissed:, please help me what i do, My plan is Home 500 C+ :madness:

CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM IN BSNL
make a complaint and they will atleast take some steps..

thanks to reply, :iomg:Yes i drop mail to [email protected] to Mr.B.R.Singh,SDE, on on 14th October 2009, is any dsn server change or any other problem in bsnl broadband

Changing DNS doesn't make a noticeable difference.. Try using a different modem and check the speed.

Post ADSl data showing Mod selected snr attn line speed Mention model and make of modem used. If speed has gone down suddenly on Sept 29thCheck all cables/connectors etcWhat is chargeable data usage till date ?

i using WA3002G4 modem & i check my side cable & connector, i don't think my telephone cable got any issue because its very clear when we talk on the phone? then what will be the case???, From tomorrow to until now my Broadaband speed is dead like hell. speed is worse then dial up. not even google is opening in one shot i have to refresh it for many times to load.
