Bsnl home combo 500 c+

Hi BSNL BB users currently I'm using Airtel 256 Kbps (suck 32 kBps) now i want to take the Home 500 C+ BB connection i want to know what is the procedure to take a new BB connection along with landline and what is the charge for first time (booking time) and how to book a new BB connection.

The DP is just in front of my gate.

Procedure, Booking amount and duration.

[*]Go to exchange / Customer Service center.


[*]Find out how long it will take to get broadband in your area.


[*]If satisfied by above, get the form for broadband.


[*]Fill the form as applicable. Do not get ADSL modem from BSNL, that slows down things.


[*]Pay the demand note (if any) that BSNL makes for you.


[*]Wait patiently till the connection is installed.

You might have to visit the BSNL office and put pressure on concerned officer for some of these steps if they are dragging their feet. The Customer Service center will let you know which official/department to contact.

Okay. That's nice. You can visit the CSC. You can dial 1800-424-1600. Or 1600-424-1600. Or 1500.

1.Hope you will get all the details. ( an old application format )
BSNL will not send anyone to your house like Airtel.

2.If you give the application to a BSNL Shoppe pay by cheque, if asked.

3.A trip to the local nearby BSNL Exchange CC will simplify matters.
