VoWifi depends on the phone too. I got SMS that it is enabled but can't test as my current phone doesn't support it or it did but was disabled in a previous OS update.

Is the Free BSNL Delight pack still exists ? I see that my STB Status is marked inactive in Skypro selfcare app.

Mine is still active on the Shield TV. It was also available to activate on the selfcare app by yourself but has been removed recently. You can still probably call them to activate it.

Also, a la carte channels have been added in the selfcare app.
