The SkyPro TV doesn't show ETV channels since a few weeks and simply displays a playback failed error, and their customer service is unhelpful. However, the SkyPro app shows my LCO as SmartPlayTV, and when I contacted them, they asked me to sign up and stream in their app. Their top monthly plan is Rs.140/-, cheaper than SkyPro, and all the channels, including the ETV, are working fine.

Yeah, the customer support just exists and that's it. I have called them a week ago and before that too and nothing has been done yet about missing channels from the package.

And then the EPG has been stopped since a few months for some unknown reason.

Sadly SmartPlayTV not available for Tamil Nadu. Skypro is having billing issues and WECONNECT is dead in Tamil Nadu

From what I have seen on the web, parts of Weconnect interface was nice, a little bit like Tivimate app which is one of the best so far. I hate Skypro interface which also seems like many other IPTV providers are using. All are using from the same source probably or a demo interface which they all picked up and made a few changes for their services.

Changing channels with number buttons takes so long which I already told them since the service started but no fix yet.
