BSNL is capping my speed illegaly on my broadband home page.

I just got myself a BBG Combo 675 Plan which gives an assured speed of 10 mbps upto first 10gb but I use BSNL new Promo offer which gives me Unlimited FUP. Since from 10 to 15 days my speed has capped to 4mbps the reason being that my downstream data rate has been CAPPED to 4092kbps on my broadband home page by my local exchange or BSNL.First time I got BBG combo 675 it was right which was 10142kbps.I have made atleast 10-12 complaints through 1504 helpline. my complaints have fell only on deaf ears!! even after so many complaints no one has even visited my place to check the issue!! i am disappointed .is there any way out of this vicious loop?or anyone knows the solution

You could also try tweeting to BSNL Corporate. But before you do that please try to get the phone number of your exchange Junior Engineer and speak to him or meet him in person. The easiest way to get his number is to ask your lineman (his phone number will be mentioned in the sms when your 1504 complaint gets assigned to a BSNL staff)
 
yes ditto same issue .
my speed from last 2 days reduced to 4092 ,, earlier it was 8 mbps
ping also increased
exchange is not responsible for this , only NIB do this things .... so visit nearest exchange take NIB contact number (if possible)
also tweet them .
 
Seriously! I am also having the same plan 675 ULD and I am getting 1.5 to 1.7 mbps now till last month I use to get satisfactory 8-9 mbps top speed. I thought it will get back if I use my 10GB FUP. So just now I completed my FUP and website opens to click on happy browsing as usual I accepted, restarted my modem twice but still getting 1.5 mbps. Feeling so cheated now!
