My FTTH voice was down since Feb 13th. It was with VLAN 1830 static ip , changed that to 1831 with DHCP , but no luck.
Error message was showing as some authentication issue. Upon contacting LCO , he provided JTO's number.
Connected with JTO and she told that they are in the process of changing the default VoIP password from '0000' to some hex value.
She provided me new password via WA and that worked !!!
So if any of you face issues with VoIP in KL circle, then keep this in mind.
