Its 2011 guys & such rates(closer) are already there from some operators. I would expect to see 512kps@500 , 1 mbps@750rs. & 2mbps @1250rs. + ban 256kbps for a change, if I'm not allowed to go insane on ISPs.
How many people can afford these prices in our country and that too in Bihar? They could have launched on 01, April and called it an April fools day joke.
