I am a BSNL prepaid excel customer.
I have a very bad experience for this. 22-July-2009 evening I recharged my mobile with Rs.56 to get 7 days unlimited GPRS scheme on a trial basis. After one hour I tried to access
google. For that BSNL charged me 5P/10kb rate. I thought perhaps it has not yet been activated , so I'll try latter. At 11:30PM I tried once again, my account balance deducted in a same rate. Next day I called customer care service. They took my complaint and gave me a reference number and told me that one of their officer from technical team will call me and solve my problem.
One day gone, 6 days left form the 7 days period, plus, I have tried several times to know whether the scheme is activated, every time my account balance is deducted at a rate of 5P/10KB basis.
And till now it is not been activated yet.
Some times I used to forget that, "this is BSNL".
Oh. one more thing to tell you all, Customer Care number has been changed now its 9433024365 not 400024365
