bsnl prepaid and postpaid together???????????????

hey guys Can i use bsnl prepaid and postpaid connection together. If yes then how???????????I'm currently having 299 combo plan and my parents not let me to opt any higher plan. So if i can use any prepaid connection simultaneously to download movies etc.if there is any trick then tell me.
