1) I lost about 600Rs sending text to my uncle in another country.
He does not use Whatsapp etc but for one particular reason I had to send him texts.
The money kept deducting from my sim but he never received one message. I asked them for a refund which never happened.

2) Many times, apps like Google Pay etc won't work because the sms won't work

3) Call quality is terrible

4) There is no proper 3g speed internet even but they promote all these plans with lot of data and cheaper. To be frank, even if they give unlimited data for 100Rs, I will barely use 3 mb a month because of the speed. One day I saw that 3g is missing so I decided to call support and they told me, they removed 3g from my area entirely and there is only 2g now and 4g and this 4g don't show up on the phone.

Now, they will claim things like :

Modi gave 5g band to Jio.

Which is false. Jio bought 5g band with thousands of crores. It wasn't given to them for free.

5) There is no solution to problem. Right now, I can't send sms to SBI bank '567676'. I called their support and they told me everything is fine on their end.

6) I once called Amazon customer support from my bsnl sim and the call wouldn't go. I called support and they told me that they decided to close that route because of late payment from Amazon or reliance or something like that.

BSNL should be privatized in my opinion. Even for the reason of having a sms for otp is not reasonable now. Right now, I am trying to create an account on Twitter and I did not get any text for verification.

Is this the fault of government that I can't get text from Twitter?

BSNL = BULL SHIT NAGAM LIMITED

Don't feel bad for me saying this but all the excuse for the incompetence of bsnl makes me feel like even the supporters of bsnl are bullshitting me. Just what I feel for a while now.

Best option is to give it to Vi & pour all the revival package money to Vi's funding. I bet it will surpass Jio & Airtel in terms of everything.

i agree with you they really need to be privatized pretty badly its just all downhill for bsnl so now everyone is launching 5g next month and there is BSNL Which cant even launch 4g properly in the country

Voted yes. My landline is not working since last month. I can't post a complaint through selfcare portal because of an 'open ticket'.

Yes. No doubt there are many glitches in BSNL, it's way of things. But, the company should survive because it delivers services to government units. You can't give away the information security of data that the government is using.

Moreover, there is no mobile operator which gives affordable plans such as BSNL. Considering a remote customer in account, the one who can't afford to recharge 300 Rs every month. BSNL should stay forever.

Yes, the government should work on the lazy employees and the systems that are not customer friendly.
