BSNL speed increase official??

alright guys,this week,on sunday after 6:30 till monday 12:30(powercut)..and again from monday 6:12 till tuesday 4:27(had to reboot),i got speeds of above 280-325 KB/s via HTTP downloads...and even now,i'm experiencing 2mbps+ connection on 256kbps UL900+...and on all the occasions,i rebooted the modem and voila..i got the speeds!!.today,i rebooted the modem to bypass the link-removed limit and when the download started,for the 3rd time this week,i got the boost.

heh..i was residing in pune until December last year...never got the boost there at all.

well thats where the problem comes in,if i reboot or disconnect..the speed's gone..and then there's powercuts..still let's hope for the best...though i've leeched more than a gb in less than an hour so far.:evil::evil::evil:

can the people getting high speeds on UL900 please also post their modem model numbers? and if they are synced with "g.dmt" or "adsl2+" mode?i have the very oldest model Huawei mt800 heh, i think it supports upto 8mbps only (g.dmt) and not upto 24mbps of adsl2+ mode...i hope i am not missing out on higher speed because of this...

if bsnl people don't change this speeds, i will change my plan back to ul900+
