The pdf seems to be real and as the prev. plan restructure was also known to us thru a similar kind of pdf.. much before the official lauch

look at the area around the signature.. seems like it was copied onto a prefabricated letter...seems fishy.. so.. i aint gonna believe it until its posted right there in the bsnl website..man.. if i had a dime for everytime there was a rumour of a speed increase around the month of april.. i'd be richer than the ambani's..
