BSNL supplied modem or other modems

My bsnl modem is not working and i need to get a new one.Is it better to get a new modem from bsnl itself or from outside from brands like Linksys,Belkin,D-Link,etc..?

Your BSNL Modem comes with 1 year warranty.So, if you have not went away from that warranty, just get the BSNL one from their office.

Don't spend money on modem. Ask BSNL to replace it. In most cases they do it free of cost.

did you purchase it or rental basis?if purchased when you got that modem? modem has 1 year replacement waranty.if rental basis they will replace it too.........
