The speed is terribly slow, about 100kB/s on link-removed. The speed is normal with VPN though. I suspect BSNL could be throttling somehow, is anyone experiencing similar discriminatory behaviors?
Even if it is blocked, there are several proxies you can use, oload . xyz / .stream / .win, Try replacing the link-removed with these url, See if you get any improvements
