First of all dataone.in is just a login page for webmail and dataone usage.
Its not a portal.

And if you are talking about bsnl.co.in where there is a drop down services menu, there they don't show plans.
There inside dataone option they show-register online, tariff, faq and check usage.

And in tariff there is no new option of Hole UL 900.

If you have seen that page, plz post the exact url of that page.

The web page where we enter our username and password for logging in has an option called "Acess service" .Click on that and you will see what you want.

Kumar has already answered the question. If you are still in confusion go to dataone.in> enter the portal (yes its called portal)> enter username and pwd as u do to check ur usage > there is an option of access service which u see this new plan

If you still dont beleive check this forum. Already 14 pages of discussion on it
