I just got my BSNL Bharat Fibre Last Week,
My setup Includes only the Netlink HG323RGW 1GE+1FE+1POTS+WIFI ONT, which basically sucks as a router.

I tried getting to get the VOIP working and within a few hours my VOIP was working on the ONT and VOIP status was Registered, By which I got the confidence that the Domain IP address and username and password was ok. But Even after following many tutorials I couldn't make calls from my PC or Mobile. But today I made another Wlan network with a different ssid on the same ont and chose to bind the VOICE_INTERNET with the newly made wlan. Then all I had to do was connect to it and make sure I set the correct DNS ip address which I got from the ONT Connection Status Page and now I Could make calls from my Mobile Or PC but the only catch is that I can either call or browse internet on a device at a time as both vere on different networks, Now on the way to find a solution for that, My final goal is to set up a 3CX server so maybe this setup would be fine

DNS Address - 172.30.249.11,172.30.249.33
Domain - kl.ftth.utims.bsnl.in
Username - +91YYYXXXXXXX
password - 1234 (default)

If you add a static route in your ONT, with weightage/priority 1 (not 0/default), then you should be able to do both calls and internet on same SSID. Make sure there's no port binding of any WAN profiles to any LAN ports or SSIDs.

@pillaicha Have you got it to work, I did try that again but cannot get it to work. I also found out that bsnl do not supports connecting to the SIP server by typing out the IP address( the one I found with the Ping test to kl.ftth.utims.bsnl.in) So I have to change my DNS inorder to connect to the domain when I have to register to the SIP server.

Ok I just got it right I hadn't noticed the fact that you shouldn't enable port binding on any WAN profiles I thought it was just for the VOICE_INTERNET Profile. thanks bro really happy to get it working

Good luck. Also wrt to BSNL not allowing literal IPs, it's false. It's all dependent on how your DNS resolves domains.
