Funny :) I had the same problem, but with a different error. Did you memtest86 your RAM ? My issue turns out to be 2 bit errors in 4+4 GB of ram.(That Dell claims is because both sticks are manufactured by different companies)

my ram is fairly new and i use the exact same chips in both the slots. anyways. it does not happen that frequently (once in a couple of days and my system is heavily used on a daily basis).

Im sure its RAM .. wife's computer had same issues .. dont remember the error code though .. but got the RAM replaced and worked like a charm .

This has to be my 6th or 7th BSOD since October last year.

The error code tells me that the problem could be processor or RAM related.

Got the same error yesterday at least 4 times. :(

Wow, Sushubh u use 90% of memory? Never made it past 4 GB out of my 12 GB RAM.

Even when I used Visual Studio 2010
Ha ha...AFAIK..he is the only person who uses the RAM to its core. I can make CPU work 100% for 24+ hrs with my 3D application but not the RAM.:D

on topic - I've never seen BSOD in win 7 with my 2 yrs usage
