They have not stressed on any particular point. The seriousness of the issue has not been translated into words.Even the choice of words sounds boring.Whoever reads it might doze off after reading this article. But then hope the FUP issue gets more coverage.

our cause against fup has been seriously compromised by a lone individual masquerading as as the second coming of christ on this forum. The article is not only lame but compromised. Our only option is protest in front of TRAI building and in delhi you need to seek a permit(made a right into privileged).HOW the hell isp compute the FUP based on average!.This is a self limiting system as you cannot enjoy HD internet as no one will be able to consume more than the allotted limit.India has 10million bb users whereas USA,EU has 100+ million. If isps say that there system are constraint in 10million then they should stop giving connection and commit bankruptcy.

They have even quoted "Mathew Carley" .. I guess he is "mgcarley", who replies to all queries in hayai forum .. right? :D

How many people actually BUY Business Standard? I'd guess not many. It is a lame newspaper overall. No surprise that they are printing articles of this quality.

Trying to say "Business" with no "Standard"?

“Our data shows that over 80 per cent of our customers use less than 5 GB every month. What it means is that such limits are more than enough for the large majority of consumers. An average customer on our network uses eight-10 GBs in an unlimited plan, the limit is in form of speed reduction and not data transfer, which incidentally has no cap,” said a Bharti Airtel spokesperson."10GB Avg?? Crazy? :hysterical: Show me Relevant proof that 80% Who use Less than 5GB? I'l Opt for Airtel now itself!:readtherules:
