that has been the biggest issue here. airtel is deciding how much we should be using. i mean what the f. as a customer i have certain requirements, and you are not offering anything reasonable to meet those requirements and you justify that by making claims that are not backed up by any reliable study.
i mean if you provide a usage internet service, people would find ways to use it. what sane person would try to explore what the web has to offer to them if you are going to restrict them to 256kbps?
Company should Design the Fup plans according to customers Requirments, Its not they Who decide how much we should use!
IF 256kbps was defined as minimum speeds for broadband. why would airtel lower down the speeds to 128kbps?? then we shouldnt call it a broadband connection. It should be "Airtel cable internet connection"
