Fact of the matter is that, they don't initiate the refund before 10 working days. Why am sure about it? Well, ask them for the transaction id, and they will give an internal reference number, that means nothing. I am anticipating to get my money back next month or so.

I got problem with BTP too.My Aunt Ordered a electric heating blanket from them. Apparently the blanket doesn't heat up and its pretty much useless. Contacted BTP they gave a number to contact the supplier. The supplier said that to return the item contact BTP and he can't do anything about this WTF?Its been like 10days like this. Totally useless service. After giving the number of the supplier they have even stopped responding via email.

Bought a HDMI cable, delivered by bluedart even though BTP didn't updated the item is shipped. (1st time purchase)
