At least the HTC servers are back up so I can get it instantly. Just have to make the trip there. BuyThePrice said they would take the old one and give me a new one tomorrow. Let's see if it actually happens.

well once you have the DOA, they have to replace the phone for you. as a seller it is their responsibility.

No I know they have to, but what I meant is, let's see if they give me the new phone the same time when they come to pick up the dead phone.

that is unlikely to happen. in my case, they did courier the new phone on the day i returned the old one. so i got it the next day. the pickup service is different from the courier guys. once they get the confirmation that the old phone has been returned, they would dispatch the new unit.

The prices are not at all spectacular. Especially on the One V.Update on my situation: So after I tweeted again twice, they sent one saying it'd come in the evening. Then the courier guy called up and said it won't be delivered today and it will be delivered tomorrow (Sunday) and I said fine. I haven't heard anything about them picking up the phone as they are different people handling each.
