Call forwarding from BSNL FTTH number

I tried 114 and all. not working.

How can I enable Call forwarding from BSNL FTTH number? Anyone done that?

Call forwarding facility for 295 & 296 level BSNL BHARAT FIBER FTTH Numbers.
Activation :

For forwarding all incoming calls on a BSNL BHARAT FIBER FTTH number to a mobile no.
----------------------------------+
*1147777+10 digit mobile number. eg: *11477779446543218
Deactivation: DIAL *115
-----------------------------------
For forwarding all incoming calls on a BSNL BHARAT FIBER FTTH number to any LL number.
----------------------------------+
*1147777+STD Code with zero+LL number
. eg: *114777704842367500
Deactivation: *115
----------------------------------
For forwarding the calls from CDOT NGN number to FTTH numbers 295/296 level
----------------------------------+
*1146666+STD Code with zero + FTTH Number . eg: *114666604842960000
Deactivation: *115

1140xxxxxyyyyy i.e.-10 digit mobile number- works. 0 was the key. 115 to deactivate.
