Can i walk in to Airtel store to get airtel given ethernet cable fixed?

I was changing the ethernet on the Airfiber outdoor unit
When the other end broke

I dont have the tools needed to fix neither do i know someone who can fix it

Can i just walk in the Airtel store to fix it?

Airtel stores don't have technical support people.

I don't think so. Watch a youtube video on how to fix and try It for yourself or else call the technician. He might fix it or just go to local computer shop and buy a new one (easiest way).

The airtel employees who came to do installation said they are at that particular store

Maybe i should contact them instead?

well if you know where to find installation folks, just chat with them and ask if your issue requires official complaint or they can handle it directly.

I should probably just buy a new cable or something

I know my LCO aka gunda isp he could help with it
But i told him that I’m not using any WiFi anymore when disconnecting

Dont worry just call the technician who has installed your wifi, he'll/should handle it mostly.

1stly get the specifications of ur existing LAN cable...if it's cat5 then u can upgrade to cat6 cable...it will give better speeds..u can buy online itself..
Or
Go to any CCTV installer and tell him to fix it...they have required tools..or even u can buy from him if u want..
