There for 256 Kbps Unlimited you have to pay 250 dhs----> approx. 3000 Rs.
Really nice ?

Reliance is far better offering the same for 1200 bucks

bulldog (uk) offers 2mbps for roughly $25 (roughly rs.1250 if one accepts $1=rs.50).. let's export bsnl to uae, and import bulldog to india?? :D Pupudadap.s.: my last msg. before midninght.. will log off and log in after a few minutes

the problem in india are:1. population2. politicians3. corruptionindia is a developing country. infrastructure and insanity at the top level is a big reason... when people call india the IT hub of the world, i can hardly stop myself from laughing my ass off.

Witty........anyways, statistic seem to show that developing nations have higher rates while developed ones lower. We may soon have lower rates which are closer to the developed nations.Keeping my fingers crossed.

i dont think bsnl is going to change its rates anytime soon ..this is geek forum -- how many TYPICAL users give a damm about the download limit ? 1 out of 10 i think ,, anyhow BSNL is too big to announce any sort of changes in 15 days or anything like that.. IF they dont charge for additional downloads it will only be because they dont have the tech to manage the CDR;s

The rates in UAE have dropeed. Now they are charging Dhs 190 for 256 unlimted connection (approx Rs 2k) for SDSL connection. ON top of it they are offering the same connection for Dhs 90 for first 3 months after which you have to pay 190/month
