Cannot access BSNL dataone portal to check usage for the first time

whenever i try to access bsnl portal http://10.240.43.216 or any other similar type url i just get a webpage like the one shown in the picture saying "system error, plz try later on", by the way whose system is it referring to, my PC system or dataone system



i even downloaded dataone usage finder 2.9 again the same error is displayed, i use firefox, IE latest versions
1 full day has passed i am facing this issue

now whats the problem plz help :O

I assume it's your new connection and your IP starts with 117.

So you have to check your usage here : http://data.bsnl.in/wps/portal

You need 14 digit portal id and password (by default it is "password") to login there.If you don't have that 14 digit portal id contact your exchange.They will provide it.

If your IP starts with 59 ,

check here http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp

Nopes dear i am using broadband connection for past 3 yrs, and i had never had any such problem any time before

( may not help but a useful application anyway.

I use Datafox/FireFox browser and had
no need to check directly my usage.

my ip starts with 117 and user id is 12 digits (2letters and 10 digits). I am able to go online with this login. Also I changed my password at http://ssss-multiplay.bsnl.co.in:8080/ssssportal.war/

but I am not able to login to BSNL Portal

It says "EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password. "

Somebody please help.

If you reside in Hyderabad see the scroll message and log in selfcare page.

Ask your exchange for a 14 digit Usage Portal ID and default PW as password.
example ; abc12345042010 PW password Use in data.bsnl.in
keep your telephone bill ready. Your consumer number is needed to check usage.

THIRD SET:
Also get your email ID /PW example galaxy9876 @ bsnl.in or the ID they give

If you use FireFox Browser use AddOn DATAFOX. ( same new usage Id needed )

FOR LOCAL CHECK: from today.
download NetworX application . And monitor usage on hourly/daily/weekly/Monthly basis.
