Sometimes when BSNL is updating DNS, such thing can happen.If it happens regularly and you have tried all the technical stuff yourself, call up those 'babus' and ask them to look into the matter.

Looks like link-removed is blocked from BSNL. I tried using this Proxy Site - Hide My Ass! Free Proxy and Privacy Tools - Surf The Web Anonymously which allows to view link-removed.com
