I got a new bsnl broadband a couple of days ago and am facing some small problems from the very begining1) Now I cant login and it tells me that the username/password is incorrect although I am 100% sure that my login details are correct .2)Initially I sont get the connection and the link signal in my modem flashes indicating no signal and many times even when it gets stable it tells me that "could not connect to the remote server " while loging in my modem is C2210 Type 1 which comes freeI tried the customer care but it sucks!!! big time a stupid lady picked up my phone and in the middle she left the phone for what reason I dont know + she is just asking me what error no am I getting ,, and is not listening to what I am telling her....has this ever happened to anyone
