@Crazyguy030601 Jio also had 5mhz for both b3 and b5 in TN.where as in my state,even others like UP,WB,MP,Odissa they have 10mhz with either b3 or b5.

Oh snap! Maybe they'll ramp things up after the next auction. At least, I hope so.
I mean in 1800 and sub GHz band. If you see in other states atleast one operator has 10Mhz in either of those 2. Vodafone idea has 19.4Mhz in band 3 out of which 9.4Mhz wasted for 2G. And vodafone users can't use idea's 1800Mhz 4G.
For that spectrum auction should be conducted which is postponed by government. I think it will happen only in February 30 2050

Vodafone is slow with their integration. In Kolkata Vodafone had 10Mhz band 3 for LTE and Idea had 5Mhz band 3 for 2G. After integration they've started using full 15Mhz in band 3. Similarly, 5Mhz of band 1 has been used for LTE, with the rest for 3G, God knows why. Both Vodafone and Idea 2G are now on 900Mhz.
So I guess once they take their own sweet time for integration, full spectrum in band 3 will be deployed in TN

Yeah. Airtel has 20Mhz band 3 in Mumbai but last year I saw only 10Mhz .Airtel is crazy

IN UP this problem was not there.Both vodafone and idea users can latch on each other networks.Even my phone latched on Vodafone network and idea network.i had idea sim

Here in TN Vodafone is allowed to latch on Idea's 4G network but idea is allowed only to latch on Vodafone's 2G or 3G!
17Mhz in 900Mhz & 40Mhz in 2500Mhz is available for TN in next spectrum auction. Airtel will surely buy 10mhz in band 8.
