Your sinr is very good.256Qam was working on both b3 and b41 in MP.so b3 and b41 can individually give upto 147Mbps and 130Mbps respectively.so try doing speed test in early morning hours on same site.i am sure you will get even better speed.

I think they have capped the speeds to 156 mbps

@nitinmits Here in my state it shows sometimes 150Mbps some times 200Mbps.

@nitinmits With vodafone it was showing 41/15.But i have got better speeds with vodafone.

But still Airtel is giving the worst speeds. If Jio had capped to 200Mbps it would be great.
