Atleast this is good. All Jio towers are set to just 103Mbps

I dont think it is tower dependent it is user sim dependent

i think as of now Airtel is the fastest Network in india.They have highest Ambr of 200Mbps.

They have highest Ambr DL but they can't provide that full speed unless they use proper tech.

Try testing with different airtel SIM cards in same location..

I Guess it's not depending upon sim cards. It maybe depending upon the backhaul.

I have 3 Airtel sim cards, only on 1 sim card it is showing 208 mbps on rest it is 100 mbps on same tower
