Guys,

I am using airtel and most of the time my phone gets attached to 4g+ signal with band 3 and band 40 Aggregated and then speeds are pathetically low. not even able to browse the net ,forget anything other than that. Only some time when my phone gets latched to single band 3 or band 1,the speeds are very good for an indoor area, but this rarely happens as most of time I am getting 4g+ only. I don't know what to do ,I am seriously considering switching to jio due to this reason, if anyone knows anything about this please reply..
thats indeed true in many sites i have noticed in airtel with 3+40CA the rsrq and sinr values significantly drop for b40 and even slight drop in b3.where as when Phone is on single band rsrq and sinr lot better.I think thats the reason why airtel CA gets slower speeds.i have nerver seen this with jio not even with ViL.I have seen Rsrq dropping to -24 from -8 in CA in airtel.

@philip How 3G can run on B3?AFAIK 1800mhz DCS can be used for 2G and 4G services only

And the problem is only within the indoors only within outdoors the speeds with airtel are extremely good. I only have 2 options in front of me now. Either I should lock band and I don't know if its possible with Samsung latest service mode. So the only other option is now to switch to jio. Does anyone here has good indoor experience with jio in kerala ..
You can root it and lock bands with NSG.But once you root it you loose many things.Even after unroot knox will remain tripped. And you will loose warranty.

All networks congested whenever i travelled in UP circle. 2 mbps is great speed i get. Only Jio is somewhat better.
