I don't think jio has enabled 3ca in all sites .I am consistently getting 2ca only ,does it happens due to locking of 2ca only by OEM's..

My mobile has Snapdragon 625 it shows 4x2 MIMO

4X2 means site supports 4x4 mimo.But speed will be of 2x2 mimo as receving device has only 2 antenas

Nope Mostly all sites support maybe there's issue in the tower.

Try turning airplane mode on and off.or restart phone for first few seconds b3 or b5 will be base then check.

@Ak5877 that doesn't work with Snapdragon phones. U can try to make a call in low signal it will automatically latch to B3 or B5.

No WiFi channel bonding ? I thought it will be 144Mbps for a70. Can you confirm with any other router if possible ?
