@RummaanKhan Yes but still good uploads.In Vil b3 20mhz i did not get even this much upload in UP Circle.

@Ak5877 Yes even while I was in train I noticed the Band 3 20Mhz UL speeds were low. Even in Maharashtra Circle with good signal I got Max 19 Mbps in 15Mhz of B3
