To check whether CA is enabled on iPhone 6/6s/7
Go into field test mode by typing *3001#12345#* then Call.
Serving Cell Info gives you the primary Band next to Freq Band Indicator, if you're lucky.
Connected mode LTE Intra-frequency Meas.. should yield if your CA or not. Click on it.
Look for E-ARFCN at the bottom and if it's 0, you're not CA. If it says 1, then you are.

This is just an indication of if you're connected with CA. Using the Frequency Band Indicator + the E-ARFCN values, you can determine what Bands you're connected to in most cases.
