Yes, it's a freeware and I have been using it for years now. Can't live without it tbh!
Just clean once in a week and that's enough.

Seriously, this app sometime makes me happy. Whenever i am stuck at uninstalling some software, it just take a single click and crap is gone ! This is second thing i download everytime i format my hard-drive or reinstall windows ! Well the first one is Google Chrome !

Ok. It looks quite good. You get both CCleaner and Defraggler that you can run from the web browser. It also shows a lot of analytical data from your computer including a bandwidth usage chart!
