Change of plan not seen in order status ?

Hi,
I'm a BSNL user from Kolkata and submitted an application to the BSNL exchange to change my plan from Home-500 to the UL-750 plan on 26-Nov-08. When I check my usage records at the http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp website I still see Home 500 in the usage records. BSNL has also charged a Rs750 security deopsit in last months bill. Has the plan change been done? How do I know for sure? I can login into www.dataone.in webmail to see my mail but how do I see my order status and plan details? :huh:
I did a speed this just before this post and speeds came to around 250 kbps--I understand that for the UL750 plan speeds are capped at 256 kbps?
PS: Replying to the latest post there is a insert image option in the editor for posting replies. That can be used for posting images.

i changed my plan twice in 2 months i had home 500 in nov and changed to UL750 in dec but it was a shit plan i had so many disconnections that i was frustated :wall:i changed to home 1000 and its changed from yesterday for me 
as to the ques both time my plan got changed on 2nd of the month at 4.00pM
