which popular/trusted dns providers allow dns over https expect cloudflare ?

for pc I am using simple dns and for mobile I recently got pie update, because my isp also do the same transparent dns hijacking.

google of course does but does not seem to be available on dnscrypt right now. so hard to get it on pc.

there are a bunch of more that are listed in simple dnscrypt app.

I cannot use google dns with android pie too right ? or do they support some kind of encryption ?

android pie has dns encryption built in. automatic means google. you can pick a custom dns service provider.

I am also using the same setting for mobile, but is there any way to use google 8.8.8.8 dns. Pings to cloudflare dns is very high compare to 8.8.8.8

just use dns.google in the private dns provider hostname.

though i imagine automatic setting would already be using the same dns server.
