Channels missing after new firmware released.

Hi all,I am new to this forum.yesterday at 2'0 clock while watching sun tv, a message is popped up saying 'analysing software' then updated new firmware automatically after that some channels KTv, Sum Music, Sun News channels etc...missing. I did autoscan, after that also i am not able to receive the channles. please help............. thanks in advandce Nanda

tried auto scan and manual scan but still i am not getting the above channels. the channels numbers also changed and there are two entries for some channels, but video is comming in only one entry.

nandha ..dont worry ..yester day i got the same problem, after software upgraded ..double entries..then i remove all the channels and radios by using DELETE option ..and again auto scaning .. afterwards it was fine .. 100 sun 102 ktv onwards....enjoy ..

Go to Restore Factory Setting Page and press OK.Then you will get all the channels.

yes ...and the up gradation time is more than 15min

Deleted all the TV and Radio channles and did auto scan. Now all the cahnnels are comming. thanks for all your support. Nanda
