How does it matter? What we want is the best service at the cheapest price. Sooner or later, the TRAI guidelines will have to be followed (don't know how it is going to be done). And new operators are coming soon enough. So, any DTH provider - Dish Tv or TS, who sits on his ass doing nothing will find that all his subscribers have disappeared. Wait for sometime and you will see that things will change.
