True. I have a 16gb phone with 32 gb external card and I can tell you I am just about ok with it. On my phone, bloody nandroid backup is 2.5gb. And a rom is anywhere between 500 MB to 1.5 gb. So if you are into flashing roms 8gb is going to be ouch!
What is this rom that is more than a Gb is size. Never heard such thing.

And it lags. A lot! I know people will might not accept it, and will say that their latest samsung gadget is super fast, but the ground reality is that stock touchwiz sucks after a few weeks. Partly it is also related to the Exynos sleep issues.
