I notice that most ppl critisize everything about India. Why do not they shift to another country where they feel everything is nice and good.And a few ppl who tried to do so came back to India when they found it hard to cope up with things in the other countries.Those who did settle there were not those ppl who critisized everything about India but those who had vision to work there and make money and gain success.I am not trying to be rude or over loayal to India. I just want to say that those who dont like things here are no better than an alien to this country. One shud learn to value what one gets rather than crib over what one is losing out on. The man who has one leg shud always thank God that he dint loose both instead of cursing God that why did he take away one of his legs.Sorry if my way of saying things is not right but too straight forward. I dont mean to tell anyone anything like a preacher.

the problem is that we get used to their behavior. as a customer we surely expect to get better service. its not about being indian or american... its about service. you pay more than american. we should expect atleast equivalent services...

anyhow, what i meant was ppl here don't do what they're supposed to do...don't deliever what they're supposed to...especially gov. ppl...in US/Canada (i'm stating these countries as i know about them) in gov. offices if they give u a time-frame, the work will be done within that...no matter what!!!is it so in our country??? where nothing moves without that brown packet under the table...and yes, as far as moving to other country is concerned, i will pretty soon...not coz that's better than India, some other reason...it's a bit personal

Joles aside, each one has his own way of looking at things and getting work done. Sarkari ppl do like the brown envelope but the guys at BSNL are not like that anymore. Try to avoid the envelope and rather bring to notice the problems to seniors like the JTO, DE, CO or the AM and then see how things move after that.I have faith in our systems and feel we are a large country with diverse interests, regions, religions and quite a few other diversities and so those problems are there besides immnse poverty.

Now the users in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata were allowed five and a half months from (14 January 2005 to 30 June 2005) unlimited downloads without any extra charges.
sorry to inform you that even though i am in kolkata and i had applied for the broadband in january itself, the modem was delivered at my residence on the 5th of march and the actual connection given on the 15th of march
