Complaint not resolving

my phone and broadband is dead from last 10 days I complain in local exchange as well as the toll-free number I even call them like 70-100 times they always they today they will fix them ladke lage hue h aaj aa jayege me kuch nhi kar skata now they not receiving my phone what should I do now?
Stop using BSNL ADSL. Switch to BSNL FTTH.
You will have to talk to someone who is incharge of their broadband department in your nearest exchange.
Probably called area manager or nodal officer.
Tell them you want to disconnect your landline and internet because it is not getting fixed and maybe then he'll try to get it fixed.
