While packet loss issue is still there even if you use other router and it's worst for gaming.
One intersting thing I found out that the memory leak issue is due to some device which are of older generation. In my case I had a Samsung J7 Next which when connected caused the memory leak issue.
Maybe this info can help somebody.

I'm having huge data lose at night. And I guess jio is doing it intentionally. So to test that I took a data booster and turned off router the same night. And guess what, the data lose is still same. And according to jio customercare I used 26gb of data in a single night with my main router switched off.
