ya you are right.. ill give you an example as to whats happening .. suppose my landline number is 022 26002244 the courier companies number is 022 60022441 .. so those guys who dial the additional 2 in the beginning it connects to me whereas they should be dialing 1 in the end ..v1rus said:I think the length of number with in a city remain same no matter who the operator is but the prefix is different.

You can also tell people that courier company they are calling is shutdown and they should go for another company
