Could not access some sites through BSNL Broadband

I am using UL750 Plan from BSNL (T.Nagar)
for last one week i could not access some sites like
POST login in HDFC bank site
http://www.vietnamesetestingboard.org/zbxe/Could not login Yahoo messenger
Could not connect to ODIN (trading platform)
Tried changing DNS to google, OpenDNS nothing worked
Has someone faced problem like this and solved it ???

Check with your neighbours if they are facing the same issue.
