You can get Airtel Airfiber/Other local ISP as a backup connection when hathway goes down. Go for their base speed plan.
I’ve definitely considered getting Airtel AirFiber or another local ISP as a backup, but right now, one of my family members is giving their board exams, so setting all this up would be a bit too much at the moment. Once things settle down, I’ll seriously look into it.
In the meantime, is there absolutely no final workaround I can try from my end to stop these daily disconnections? And if I do decide to terminate Hathway, is there any technical explanation I can give their engineers so they at least acknowledge the issue? I have taken pictures of the times the internet turns off in the modem (ONT + Wi-Fi) as proof.
