I am finding the BSNL Broadband connection very unstable. Some of the sites are not working for me. Luckily this forum website is working fine. I called up BSNL Helpdesk (Some problem in my last post... reposting it now... Good I saved in Clipboard 
I am finding the BSNL Broadband connection very unstable. Some of the sites are not working for me. Luckily this forum website is working fine. I called up BSNL Helpdesk (1-800-424-1600) around 8pm and after waiting for 10minutes someone answered my call. The support person informed me that there is a problem in Bangalore server's and the backend team is working on the same. I am not sure if others in Bangalore are also facing the same problem. There seems to be multiple DNS server's now. Do you know which is the stable one? My primary DNS is always 192.168.1.1 and I have so far used two different Alternative DNS 218.248.240.135 or 61.1.96.71 Whats the best way to troubleshoot the slow internet reason? Sometimes BSNL guys keep asking about SNR margin values in the Modem page. How can we get some realistic troubleshooting information? Thx
