Delhi Folks only - Please post international speed test results

A couple of my friends who live in other states are getting very good international speeds while I'm getting very poor results. So want to see if this is a Delhi only thing or just me. Please post your international speed test results using ethernet in the following manner :

ONT : Sercomm AOT- 4221SR
Plan speed : 200Mbps
Location : South Delhi
IP Range - 182.xxx.xxx.xxx

Server 1 - Singapore - Singtel - 50% of plan speed

Server 2 - frankfurt - melbicom - 15% of plan speed

Server 3 - new york - spectrum - 10% of plan speed

Very disappointing to say the least.

Connection speed is 300mbps. Tests were executed over wifi.

looks like I'm the only one who is getting poor international speeds. Anybody know how I can get this fixed?
Will putting the ont in bridge mode and using my own router help?
Will changing the ip ranges/getting a static ip help?

I have sent an email to [email protected], not sure if it will get fixed.

I did test on my phone and I'm getting full 200Mbps on all these servers. is this a speedtest app vs website thing?

Anybody know how I can select a custom server on speedtest app on windows? I do not see any search option and it is showing only showing servers nearest to me.

Not really app vs website has little to no difference. It's mostly the wifi card in laptop/pc.
Are you doing the tests over Ethernet rated for 1Gbps

pc has gigabit nic. on noida server I get 750+Mbps down. domestic results are fine. International speeds are messed up.

on wifi on phone, both domestic and international results are superb

I think I've read something like this before. I'm not sure which ISP but it has to be Airtel or Jio, that routing/speed/something is different on wlan vs lan on their proprietary blackbox. That's all I can recall atm.
