Disconnecting Airtel Airfiber

May I know the reason for the disconnection? Any degradation of quality? Speed issues? FUP limit not enough? Or anything else?

Give reason that you are leaving the country permanently.
Else they'll bother you to shift the connection bla bla.
And dont pick airtel calls afterwards. only confirm via email.

That 45days timeline means no disconnection request was taken. still you can confirm on email.

its because frustrating plans cost and their speed.
around 500 per month for menial 30mbps

on the other hand I get unlimited 5G speed on phone with hotspot
 
Call 121 and tell them to take the request, they will usually say okay but rarely take disconnection requests to process.
I was able to get it disconnected after 4-5 days, but it was a big circus.
I had to call them several times, they kept calling to keep the connection, several emails, scolding etc. Finally it happened, but it was quite a hassle.
One of their so called managers even asked me to check if my neighbor wanted the connection so that I can give it to neighbor instead of disconnection.
