How long u have been using this connection .AFAIK airtel has discontinued the Night Top-Up plans for some time now. If u have just now availed, which people u have approached.

I am going to apply for the Home 649 Plan From Airtel Is downloading from Torrents Okay in the 256 kpbs plan or it hovers in the range of 30-35 kpbs.. also is Utube buffering decent or it is bad enough. or is their any plans from airtel to double its speed in the night by using any night top-up.
